The bed is meant like the metamorphosis of a chair. This is the genesis of Shell, since chair and bed are the same, the difference is in the use position from vertical to horizontal. The tubular structure is in lacquered chromium, the panels of the base are in multy-ply wood white lacquered, the backpanel is in natural beech or mat lacquered in the EmmeBi colours : all this gives to Shell the idea of essential simplicity and the possibility of many different combinations.
