The intention was to convey the beauty of the major classical works to the kitchen environment in an enthusiastic way coupled with modern day verve. In pursuit of this objective, Opera was born: refined, unique, paradoxical, classical forms and modern materials.A journey back in time to revive the simple, little everyday gestures that are on show in the kitchen. The raised panel door, with frame and panel in brushed, lacquered open-pore oak-wood is a reminder of the sturdiness of wood and the sometimes forgotten architectural values. Here is presented white lacquered with steel back panel, décor side panel and worktop; h. 96 wall units. Tall units in the lacquered and reflective smoked glass versions. Penisula with smoked glass décor panel and steel supports. Handle recessed in the frame, in satin finish nickel with an insert the same colour as the door.

It is always hard for me to answer to the question "What does design mean for you?". Since I am working in this field this question floats in the studio's atmosphere but there is no answer so far that remains valid for long time.

Why? Maybe due to my curiosity and dynamism that lead me through many different sections in the design world...
