Arrmet Srl - Casa Azul

Follonica - Italy

Casa Azul takes its name from the house of Frida Kahlo, the Mexican painter who combined his artistic research to the socio-politics research through a look intimate and personal. Café Azul refers to this woman and her story for its style, not copying her home, but rather the creative climate and commitment of which that place was witness. Casa Azul is not just a bar, but a space that welcomes artists and cultural activities: a house in which to live seeking beauty.

It has been furnished by recovering and restoring old objects in order to create an atmosphere of intimacy and warmth, the feeling of "being at home". The bar counter Casa Azul is coated with ceramic hand-painted by the artist Ursula Ferrara. Almost at odds with the environment, so rich in creative signs, Log chairs, tables Voilà and Tria have been choosen to complete the furnishing. Their minimalistic style is tempered by the choice of colors: white frame and orange seat and backrest.
