Soft, sculptural, and surprisingly essential, HUG is born from the idea of transforming a fluid gesture into a three-dimensional object. A single continuous line creates a compact, organic structure: armrest and backrest merge into a padded ribbon that wraps around the seat, defining an instantly recognizable silhouette.
The lines are minimal and dynamic; solid volumes interact with voids, creating a balance between substance and visual lightness. The generosity of the volumes is not just an aesthetic choice, but an integral part of the comfort: ergonomic support, even distribution, and a seat designed for real, everyday wellbeing.
The absence of edges and interruptions enhances the purity of the design, while the compact base reinforces visual stability and presence within the space.
